Frequently Asked Questions

Can I play regular CS2 matchmaking without Secure Boot?
Yes, standard Valve Matchmaking (VAC) does not currently strictly enforce Secure Boot or TPM 2.0, but FACEIT does.
I'm on Windows 10, does FACEIT still require this?
Historically FACEIT only enforced this for Windows 11, but they have increasingly rolled out Secure Boot requirements for Windows 10 users as well to combat sophisticated cheats.
